Support staff accounts are included at no additional charge. Organization administrators, medical assistants, and medical receptionists never count toward your practitioner total.

OpenEMR is our reference integration and runs end to end today: patients and encounters come in, the finished note goes back out to the chart. It is the working example of the connection we build.
Your practice's EMR is the system of record. The official, permanent patient record is retained there and is not affected by Bolder AI Powered Care's deletion schedule.
During a trial with no EMR connected, Bolder AI Powered Care is the only place a visit's information lives, so we hold it within 7 days rather than within 24 hours. Once your EMR is connected, finished notes are filed to the chart as the permanent record and our temporary copy drops back to within 24 hours. Longer retention can be arranged during integration.
